Note:  If the program does not run, it is because the security level is set too high in your copy of Excel. Open the Excel program, click the Tools menu at the top, and then click Macros.  If you don’t see Macros, click the double arrow at the bottom of the Tools menu and more choices will appear.  After clicking Macros, click Security.  Now you will see some radio buttons, and “high” will probably be checked.  Change this to medium.  This does not lower your actual security – it just allows you to choose each time whether to allow a macro to run or not.
